We take Covid safety very seriously and will continue to provide a safe treatment space for you. If you have any concerns please do get in touch. 

While we make the adjustments needed to return to our regular treatment capacity some Covid related safety measures will remain in place. 

Capacity

We are happy to report we have been gradually increasing our treatment capacity back to between 4-6 beds depending on the shift.

Suggested Attire 

For your comfort we suggest wearing or bringing a loose fitting layered outfit for your appointment.  That will allow practitioners ease of access to any treatment points. 

**Please note: we will no longer be providing blankets in the clinic but you are very welcome to bring a small one with you to keep you nice and cosy during your treatment.

Masks

While masks are no longer mandated, due to the close contact nature of the clinic and the increased treatment capacity we request that you continue to wear masks when you attend your appointment unless you are exempt. This minimises the risk to yourselves as well as other patients and clinic staff who may be vulnerable. If you do not have a mask one will be provided for you upon arrival.

Pre-booked appointments

To help manage the flow of people coming into the clinic we will be using the new Tree of Life booking system, which means we are no longer offering drop in appointments.

Pre-payment

You will now also have to pay for your treatment at the time of booking. You will find a range of payment levels to reflect our sliding scale which is now £20 – £35.

Arriving for your appointment

There will be no waiting area, so please arrive promptly at your agreed time. Please do not come to the clinic without an appointment.

Please try to minimise the amount of bags and personal items you arrive with.
